Question: My wall are a beautiful red. What suggestions for ornament color on my tree? I love silver as a complementary color.

Answer: I would do all white twinkle lights, red and white peppermint theme and use the siler as a compliment.

Answer: Silver will accent your wall color nicely but remember your wall color is only a background color. Once your tree is in place and decorated it will look beautiful on its own. Typically when one decorates a room the goal is to have a cohesive look creating harmony and flow. One would coordinate their wall color, furnishings and accessories. It could be considered that the tree is an accessory but a temporary one. Yet functional as it provides light to the space. Do you typically use silver accents in this space?
