Name: Gloria Title of Question: Help me with color..... Question: I have a new house that is out dated but i have to make it work. It has blonde wood trim and kitchen cabinets that are darker, only light is from two windows that form a corner over the sink and one that is about 2' x 3'. what color should i paint this??? p.s. the hubby isn't really thrilled with dark colors... This will brighten the room a lot. You might also consider painting or having a professional paint the kitchen cabinets. It's hard to suggest colors as you don;t mention the color of countertops or flooring in the room. Updating all the knobs/hardware on the cabinets and updating the lighting in the room will help make it look more up to date.
