Title of Question:
Kitchen hardward and fixtures |
|
Question: I am a real estate broker in Texas. I have a client getting ready to do a remodel of the kitchen so that we can get the house sold and for more $$ (don't worry we don't expect to make a mint)! The kitchen is currently bright white cabinets with double oven (white, but relatively new). We are going in w/ a tan'ish grantie with some khaki undertones (trust me doesn't look green). My thoughts were replace white cooktop (dated) and sink with stainless and go back with brushed silver hardware and light fixture for breakfast. The owner has selected the dark brown almost black hardware w/ brass (very shiny and obvious) undertones (around joints etc.). I personally think there will be too many metals going in there and do not think that will be warm and appealing. Please advise. venable1@sbcglobal.net
