Name: Mary Llewellyn Title of Question: Mixing Floor Types in Bedrooms
Question: We are giving our home a facelift and would like to install hardwood flooring in each of our four bedrooms. Is it acceptable to put differnt wood species and finishes in each of the rooms? Our bedrooms are fairly large and are connected by a u-shaped hallway. This hallway is being done in the same red oak that is throughout our first floor.
