Not a bright yellow, but a dull yellow. Benjamin Moore silver sage is also a pretty color. check out the pottery barn catalog, they use Benjamin Moore paints and show some rooms in the colors they use and tell you the name of the paint color they used. If you have this dark furniture on a dark carpet, you might want an area carpet at the foot of the bed. If you are able to install recessed lighting in the ceiling, that will help with overall brightness for night time lighting.
