Question: Is it better to position the fireplace in the center of a wall. We are planning to extend our den to 15 x 23 and would put the fireplace off center on a long wall which would also allow it to be viewed from the kitchen. A large TV (not viewable from the kitchen) would be placed next to it. Our architect and carpenter said it would work. Just looking for additional views. Thanks
