I love the tuscan theme, also how about the roosters, they are so big right now. Also you can choose a color that you like and go with that, what about a french bistro that's cute too.. Kitchens tend to lean towards a more casual decorating theme as it is the heart of the home. French Country (my favorite) and Tuscan style are really hot. It has been the craze for some time now. I would say that 93% of my clients lean towards one or the other adding their own unique twist to make a personal statement in the room. Are you drawn to any particular colors? The Western theme has become very popular. I've went as far as far as using little ropes and horseshoes to accent the ends of my curtain rods, and using leather placemats with red dishes. You can use your imagination with this theme. |

I am actually looking for a theme for my new kitchen too! But I had my kitchen done in Martini glasses.. I actually found a set of (6) martini glasses at a yard sale and used them for decorations. If you cant find hand towels and pot holders with martinis on them, any bright color will work! If anyone has any ideas, email me at ashleylmsmith@hotmail.com. Thanks, and good luck! |
