   Home : Q&A : Floors : plywood flooring

Name: Debbie Title of Question: plywood flooring
Question: I am using my daughters old bedroom for a nursery for my new grandchild. Her carpet is rose colored and worn and we don't know what the baby is yet. I don't want to spend alot of money to fix this as the whole upstairs of our home needs new flooring in the very near future. Any suggestions?

Answer: I would wait until you can replace all the floors upstairs and then get something neutral. A new baby doesn't know the difference between old or new flooring. And maybe a second baby of the opposite sex will arrive in a few years, so something neutral would work for both. Congratulaions on the upcoming arrival.
